100% Dedicated Venue Reservation
Bookings are 100% final & non-refundable. Once confirmed, your 3-hour session is reserved exclusively for your party and all other guests are locked out.
Custom Add-ons & Delights
Celebration cakes, balloon styling, and gourmet snacks are custom-procured and prepared on reservation confirmation and cannot be refunded.
100% Host Disruption Guarantee
If a venue is unable to host your screening due to equipment failure or power outage without backup, you receive an immediate 100% full refund.
01. Non-Refundable Reservation Policy
Private screening suites represent dedicated physical infrastructure (4K Laser Projection, 360° Dolby Atmos audio, motorized couple recliners, and private celebration amenities) reserved exclusively for your party under statutory SAC Code 998559 (Private Screening Suite Reservation) and SAC 998599 (Event & Hospitality Services).
02. Statutory Compliance & Consumer Disclosures
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, this policy is clearly and conspicuously disclosed prior to payment authorization. By completing payment on BookCineSpace, guests acknowledge and agree that private theater suite allocations are time-specific space reservations that cannot be re-allocated upon short notice.
03. Perishable Add-ons, Cakes & Custom Delights
Custom celebration cakes, balloon party decors, and fresh artisanal snack platters are pre-ordered and prepared specifically for your party upon reservation confirmation. Once prepared, perishable goods cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
04. 100% Host Technical Disruption Guarantee
In the rare event that a theater lounge experiences power failure, equipment malfunction, or facility disruptions that prevent conducting your private screening, BookCineSpace guarantees an immediate 100% full refund processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 3–5 business days.
